Chibi was walking on the sidewalk like any other normal human would do... Who would've thought that a miniature motorbike + biker will come crashing towards her the next second! (O_O) Them dumb parents always let their kids roam around the neighborhood, those kids do whatever they want on the sidewalk with ABSOLUTELY NO adult supervision! Don't they know it is very dangerous for both the kids & the people walking around??!! (\__/)
People walking around these few block always has to literally "skip" around to prevent getting hit by kids riding bikes, playing balls and etc. on the sidewalk. Cause everyone knows you'll not even get a simple "Sorry" from these manner-less kids... WFT!!
Even if the people walking are being careful, what about safety the younger kids (age 0-4)? There are cars on the street, what if they get hit by a car while trying to chase after a ball or something? These kids here are not only manner-less, but also extremely lack of any street awareness!! It's very apparent what a "great job" their parents are doing~ (-_-) *sigh*
